Privacy Statement (English)

The iClass Parent MDM ("This APP") is a subsystem of iClass MDM which is targeted to help parents from BYOD schools of Hong Kong to impose parental policy on students' iPads.

Users CANNOT enroll iPads to MDM by this APP. All iPads are previously supervised by School administrators with Device Enrollment Program by School administrators. This APP does NOT collect any extra device data. This APP is an interface to display device data.

According to HKSAR (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Education Bureau) BYOD policy since 2015^#1 , before joining and using the subsystem of iClass MDM, iPad owners (Schools' students and parents) were supposed understood and agreed AUP (acceptable use policy) drafted by school, which granted school full device management right of the iPad through Apple iOS Mobile Device Management protocol's features.

This APP does NOT collect any device data. It is an interface to display data previously collected from MDM, including:
- Device Name
- Serial Number
- iOS Version
- Internal Storage
- wifi Mac Address
- Installed Application List

The purpose of using the information above is to:
- present identification and significant information of the iPad(s) to parent in order to make sure the iPad(s) they are managing actually belonged to their kid(s)
- allow the parent to know which app(s) the kid(s) iPad(s) actually installed, in order to implement scheduled app-based usage policy

Additional user data other than the above items will not be collected without user consent. All data will not be shared with third parties against Apple’s guidelines. Ref Guideline 5.5 Mobile Device Management

iClass家長MDM（“此APP”）是iClass MDM （“iClass 流動裝置管理系統）的子系統，其目的是幫助香港BYOD學校的父母對學生的MDM iPad平板裝置進行在家管理。

用戶無法通過此APP將iPad平板裝置註冊到MDM。所有iPad平板裝置都是經由校方之資訊科技管理員通過的蘋果公司提供之“裝置註冊計劃（DEP）”進行監督。此應用程序不會收集任何額外的設備數據。該APP是顯示設備數據的界面。

根據自2015年起，香港特別行政區教育局自攜裝置（BYOD）政策^#1在加入iClass MDM及使用其子系統服務之前，iPad擁有者（即學校的學生和父母）已明白及同意校方起草之可接受的使用政策（Acceptable Use Policy, AUP），並通過Apple iOS移動設備管理協議提供的功能，授予學校iPad的完整設備管理權。

此APP不收集任何設備數據。它是顯示以前從MDM收集的數據的界面，包括：
-設備名稱
-序列號
-iOS版本
-內部存儲
-wifi Mac地址
-已安裝的應用程序列表

使用以上信息的目的是：
-向父母提供iPad的標識和重要信息，以確保他們管理的iPad實際上屬於他們的孩子
-允許家長知道孩子的iPad實際安裝了哪些應用程序，以便按照家長設定的時間表、實施對其子女iPad應用程序管理政策

未經用戶同意，此APP將不會收集上述項目以外的其他用戶數據。根據Apple的準則，所有數據並不會與第三方共享。 參照 Guideline 5.5 Mobile Device Management
